We want you to be completely satisfied with the repair, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on our repairs (except for battery repairs, which come with a 6-month warranty).
Should there be a problem that we cannot fix, we will look for an appropriate alternative. Some examples: returning the device under warranty, a swap from Apple itself, another replacement device or at worst, an alternative solution, such as recommending a new device that closely matches your current device.
